Job Summary
What you’ll be working on:
📍Leading ecosystem-focused campaigns that highlight the value of our offering and native token utility. 📍Creating and executing integrated marketing strategies across content, product marketing, partnerships, and community channels. 📍Developing compelling narratives and content (articles, threads, videos, AMAs, etc.) around token utility, liquidity, yield opportunities, and more. 📍Collaborating cross-functionally with product, BD, and community teams to bring marketing initiatives to life. 📍Owning the GTM and ongoing support of ecosystem upgrades, token events, and DeFi integrations. 📍Sourcing and managing contributors, influencers, and partners within the DeFi and CeFi marketing landscape. 📍Tracking and analysing performance, iterating based on data and ecosystem feedback.

About you:
📍4+ years of marketing experience in the crypto space, with a focus on DeFi. 📍Proven track record executing successful marketing initiatives at a leading DeFi protocol or infrastructure project (DEXs, yield protocols, aggregators, etc.). 📍Deep understanding of crypto narratives, tokenomics, and the current DeFi and CeFi landscape. 📍Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 📍Experience coordinating cross-platform campaigns across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Mirror, Medium, YouTube, etc. 📍Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments. 📍Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones.
