What You’ll Do:

📍Scout and source top builders – Identify promising teams, founders, and projects and bring them to Sui 📍Live in the trenches – build strong relationships with the broader community online and in-person at events and conferences 📍Support and connect – Help onboard projects, provide guidance on how to best leverage the Sui ecosystem, and introduce builders to key resources. 📍Bridge communities – Act as a connector between developers, investors, accelerators, and internal teams to drive ecosystem growth. 📍Bring fresh ideas – Work closely with the broader ecosystem team to experiment with new ways to attract and support builders.

What We’re Looking For:

📍5+ years of work experience 📍Experience in web3, whether through work, contributions to projects, or deep involvement in the community. 📍A strong personal network in crypto—builders, founders, investors, or communities. 📍Comfortable moving fast, working independently, and finding opportunities that others might miss. 📍Experience with ecosystem growth, BD, partnerships, or developer relations is a plus.
