Job Summary
What you will do
šDevelop and lead the user acquisition strategy and team across Performance Media, SEO, and Affiliate channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and maximising user growth within CPA and ROI frameworks. šTake ownership of the strategic direction, performance, and optimisation of all user acquisition channels, including Paid Media, Organic Search, and Affiliates. šCollaborate effectively with Local and Global teams to to set out & implement our overall marketing and strategy. šLeverage analytics and data insights to drive growth initiatives, optimise conversion funnels, and measure impact through data-driven decision making. šTake ownership, establish and implement robust frameworks and processes for tracking, attribution, and measurement of activities to ensure positive ROI.
Who you are
šPossess 6-10 years of experience in User Acquisition in a multi-language, multi-country environment. šStrong expertise in leading and managing teams, performance media, SEO, tracking, bid management, and other third-party tools. šPossesses clear domain expertise, having worked with high-budget, multinational accounts. šHighly skilled in numerical detail and analytical data-driven decision making, with a great attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. šStrong communication and negotiation skills, ability to connect easily with different types of people, stakeholders and partners.
