Job Summary

About The Role:

šŸ“As a Director of Product Management, your job is to drive the Services roadmap of the Hedera Mainnet for both our native Tokenization service (both fungible and non-fungible ecosystems) and for our Consensus service. You will be responsible for capturing user requirements, market research, and competitive analysis to drive priorities for new Services features on the Hedera Mainnet. You will work with both the Hedera community and Hedera Governing Council to define, validate, and prioritize roadmap items. This will include defining epics and user stories to drive product development by Hederaā€™s engineering teams and partners. You will also work closely with business development and marketing to define the Hedera value proposition in the market. This can include supporting product messaging as well as defining integration models with the Hedera Mainnet.

You may find yourself doing all of the following:

šŸ“Maintaining the Services Roadmap - including both native Tokenization (FT and NFT) and Consensus Services - with the Hedera community and with the Hedera Governing Council šŸ“Defining impactful OKRs and creating a product roadmap to deliver on these OKRs šŸ“Soliciting feedback on Hedera Improvement Proposals in partnership with the community šŸ“Working with key stakeholders to define product priority, requirements and scope šŸ“Communicating Hedera value proposition to partners and users šŸ“Conducting assessment of ecosystem and identifying competitive opportunities šŸ“Supporting successful partner and end-customer workshops šŸ“Being voice of customer, engaging and enabling developers and users from the community šŸ“Working closely with engineering, marketing and developer advocacy teams to lead successful launch on new features

Qualification Requirements:

šŸ“Our Director of Product Management should lean on their clear communication, prioritization, and organization skills to effectively drive a consistent set of priorities and value propositions across the organization. Relevant experience to this role includes: šŸ“Strong product management experience šŸ“Deep experience with fungible and non-fungible token ecosystems šŸ“Domain knowledge in the distributed ledger space through public cryptocurrencies, enterprise software, or financial services šŸ“Experience and interest in managing the roadmap in partnership with the community šŸ“Experience delivering scaled products that have stood the test of time šŸ“Engineering background to effectively participate in engineering scrums, understand issues, and assist in user support
