Job Summary
What you will do as our Director of Product, Crypto:
đź“ŤOwn the product strategy for our crypto use case and define a long-term vision for how identity, authentication, and trust are embedded across crypto and payments ecosystems đź“ŤLead customer and partner conversations across stablecoin issuers, exchanges, payment companies, compliance organizations, and Web3 platforms to drive insight that informs product direction đź“ŤDrive early product-market discovery to identify where Proof unlocks real customer value across stablecoin rails, travel rule compliance, AML and KYC workflows, digital identity, verifiable credentials, and agentic commerce đź“ŤBuild deep expertise at the intersection of identity, device intelligence, authentication, and crypto to influence engineering direction and architectural decisions đź“ŤDevelop clear product roadmaps, define success metrics, and present strategy to senior leadership, customers, and partners
What we are looking for:
đź“Ť10+ years of experience in product management roles in B2B or B2B2C SaaS environments đź“Ť5+ years of experience bringing 0 to 1 products to market, experience as a founding PM preferred đź“ŤDeep experience in crypto and strong understanding of stablecoins, blockchain fundamentals, travel rule requirements, AML and compliance workflows, and crypto payment rails đź“ŤPayments experience or familiarity with frameworks like RegE highly preferred đź“ŤEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action and the ability to build in ambiguity đź“ŤExperience working closely with engineering teams and comfort leading conversations on topics such as architecture, APIs, SDKs, platform design, and data flows
