šOversee the portfolio that support the people team at each stage of the employee life cycle while working closely with business leaders, managers, and employees across Chainlink Labs to strategize and implement systems, processes, and programs to help people succeed šOwn the long-term strategic roadmap for people systems to support needs across the employee life cycle šElevate the relationship with the people team to a strategic partner becoming an integral part of the success of the people team and their mission šManage a team responsible for existing technical services and the development and implementation of new solutions šDrive technology design initiatives in partnership with Analytics to align infrastructure with reporting needs šEnsure appropriate controls and documentation are followed to meet security and compliance requirements across all systems šPartner with the People leaders, namely the CHRO, Head of Recruiting and Head of Total Rewards on their short, medium and long term vision šSupport the People team, in their approach to planning and prioritization with a focus on scalable, repeatable, automated solutions
Requirements
