Job Summary
Responsibilities
šOversee architecture, delivery, sales, and account management within the business unit šGuide technical solution design, helping teams focus on core components and high-impact areas šOwn the business unit's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and procurement šBuild strong client relationships with a focus on retention, upsell, and value creation šResolve escalations and continuously improve service delivery and internal processes šProactively identify risks and take preventive or corrective action šEnsure full operational transparency through documentation and tooling (ClickUp, Runn.io, etc.) šAlign the business unit with DAO-wide standards and reporting expectations šIncubate new offers and explore market opportunities for long-term growth
Required Skills & Experience
šExperience as a co-founder or early leader in a Web3 or DeFi protocol šProven track record in startups that have exited via acquisition or IPO šDeep understanding of smart contracts, dApps, tokenomics, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain infrastructure (e.g. Ethereum, Solana) šFamiliarity with automated market makers and different investor profiles (whales, institutional, retail) šStrong grasp of solution architecture and software development lifecycles šAbility to analyse business models, product-market fit, and underlying value propositions šExperience with business tools such as Figma, Lean Canvas, or similar šComfortable navigating market cycles and responding strategically šDemonstrated ability to operate transparently in fully remote, async environments
