Job Summary

Verantwortlichkeiten:

📍Kundenbetreuung mit Mehrwert: Bearbeitung von Support-Anfragen per E-Mail & Telefon aus Deutschland und Österreich 📍Lösungsfinder: Entwickeln und Testen von individuellen Lösungen für kundenspezifische Anforderungen 📍Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe: Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hauptquartier und T2-Support 📍Technische Expertise: Analyse und Fehlerbehebung in bestehenden Kundeninstallationen 📍Reparaturmanagement: Abwicklung von Reparaturaufträgen 📍Organisation & Dokumentation: Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben wie Ablage und Aktenpflege. Berichtswesen: Reporting an den Technischen Leiter Nayax DACH.

Requirements

Anforderungen: 📍Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Gebiet IT / Elektronik / Elektrotechnik 📍Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 📍idealerweise auch gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 📍Begeisterung an IT- und Telekommunikationsanwendungen 📍Interesse an bargeldlosen Bezahlsystemen und Mobile Payment Eigeninitiative 📍Verantwortungsbewußtsein und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise 📍Bereitschaft zu stetiger und teilweise selbstständiger Weiterbildung hohe Belastbarkeit
