Job Summary

Responsibilities

📍Proven track record of success in capital raising, business development, and new product go-to-market 📍Ability to execute sales strategies for financial products, integrating customer perspectives into product and marketing, and executing direct sales efforts 📍Experience working with senior stakeholders and decision makers in investment teams and ability to serve as the go-to educational resource on the Centrifuge product, platform, and ecosystem 📍Ability to leverage your existing network to grow the vision of Real-World Assets through Centrifuge

Desired Profile

📍7+ years of sales and business development experience in Financial Services and/or Digital Assets 📍Strong leader and individual contributor 📍High EQ and interpersonal skills 📍Willingness to learn and develop intuition for the fast-moving and sophisticated trends within tokenization 📍Ability to delve deeply into topics within credit and finance, investment and allocation strategies, portfolio and risk management, and deal structuring 📍Comfort working independently, within a small team, and in a fast-paced startup environment 📍Excitement to hit the ground running on day one and passionate to help lead and shape the future of RWA
