Job Summary
Director of Business Development will be responsible for:
šSourcing and managing M&A transactions šSupport the execution team throughout the deal process šIdentifying, qualifying, and generating new prospect leads šManaging the client relationship and overseeing all client and counter-party communication
Director of Business Development should have the following qualifications:
š8+ years of sell-side M&A experience šA book of business within buy-side and sell-side M&A šMBA or Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields
