Job Summary
Job Description:
📍Become a key member of Keyrock’s Institutional Sales business, focused on delivering OTC Spot, Derivatives, Lending and Borrowing services to our institutional client base. 📍Client acquisition and management for Institutional relationships (which include hedge funds, VC firms, on/off ramps payment providers, brokers, retail platforms, token issuers and mining companies). 📍Work with our Marketing to help drive institutional strategy and community initiatives (conferences, events) 📍Build and grow a dynamic client pipeline, driving Keyrock’s Business Development process 📍Manage and ensure proper reporting structure, both internally and towards clients 📍Be a driving force to continuously expand Keyrock’s client-facing products and services, in close collaboration with the Head of Institutional Sales and Head of Corporate Sales. 📍Work closely with the rest of Keyrock's team members, in order to incorporate market feedback into existing businesses.
Background and experience:
đź“ŤEducation: Studies in finance, engineering, data science, econometrics or similar đź“ŤPassion for and/or knowledge for digital assets and algorithmic trading đź“ŤStrong institutional network in the crypto industry and traditional finance đź“ŤMinimum of 5 years of working experience with a successful track record of institutional sales in both traditional and digital finance đź“ŤCapacity to work closely with team members and internal stakeholders đź“ŤHigh capacity for organizational design đź“ŤExperience with institutional marketing campaigns đź“ŤStrong knowledge of financial concepts such as Options, Futures, Fixed Income, OTC structured products, Market Making algorithms
