Job Summary
Essential Functions:
šAccount Strategy & Management: šLead account and relationship management and sales plan for the Latin American operations of key global accounts, orchestrating across internal and external stakeholder and ensuring focus and forward movement on top priorities šIdentify and pursue partnership growth opportunities that provide step-function value, distribution channels, or new capabilities for Visa šLead the account and relationship management and sales plan for these accounts, ensuring that the clientās business objectives are met šIdentify and pursue partnership growth opportunities that provide step-function value, distribution channels, or new capabilities for Visa šWork deeply and closely with cross-functional teams on key initiatives including representation from Legal, Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Market Research and Technology
Preferred Qualifications:
š12 years of experience in operating and business development roles across companies in fintech, payments, and financial services šCorporate strategy, financial services or payments industry experience preferred šDemonstrated track record of planning, managing and closing a complex, competitive sales effort and managing deals from negotiation, to closing and through delivery šProven record of implementing strategic initiatives, policies and operational decisions šCorporate strategy, financial services or payments industry experience preferred šStrategic thinking and thought leadership
