Job Summary
Business Development:
šManage programs to drive the growth of our user base and revenue streams through innovative business development initiatives. šIdentify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for web3 products and services. šConduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to inform business development efforts.
Partnerships:
šIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners within the web3 ecosystem, including decentralized applications (dApps), protocols, and service providers šDevelop partnership strategies aligned with business goals, negotiating terms, and executing partnership agreements šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions into our platform, ensuring seamless user experiences šFlexibility to have meetings with partners and counterparties in a different time zones, especially for APAC based partners
Relationship Management:
šCultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as the main point of contact for key partnership inquiries and initiatives. šAct as a brand ambassador, representing Consensys at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. šCollaborate with product management, product marketing and communications teams to create compelling messaging and materials for partnership outreach.
Programs:
šCollaborate with program stakeholders to plan, organize, and monitor progress against program objectives and communicate progress in formal meetings and day-to-day communications šDevelop program-related deliverables such as presentation briefs, requests for proposals, work plans, process maps, and business cases, among others. šManage programs and support with identification, management, and execution of emerging priority initiatives and special projects. šDevelop strategies for implementing project work, opportunities, and recommendations.
