Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šStrategic Marketing Leadership: Devise and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy in alignment with overarching business goals across Unlimit's goals šPoints of Growth Discovery: Craft, maintain, and manage an extensive digital marketing experiments backlog delivery to validate business hypotheses and uncover growth opportunities šPerformance Marketing Management: Navigate SEM and Affiliate Marketing efforts across the region in extensive collaboration with internal and external teams šInfluence Marketing Management: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key influencers and thought leaders within our target markets to amplify our brand's reach and credibility. šIntegrated Campaign Execution: Coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns, integrating influencer and affiliate efforts with SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing initiatives to drive cohesive brand messaging and user acquisition. šContent Collaboration: Work closely with influencers and affiliates to co-create authentic, compelling content that resonates with our target audiences, driving engagement and conversions. šPerformance Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of influencer and affiliate campaigns, adapting strategies based on insights to optimize ROI.
Qualifications:
šProven Experience: At least 6 years in senior digital marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and growth, at least š3 years of experience with CN-targeted campaigns šData Analysis: The ability to collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights šLeadership: The ability to inspire and guide others toward achieving common goals. This includes taking initiative, providing indirect management, and leading by example. šCommunication Skills: The ability to clearly and effectively convey ideas, both verbally and in writing, to different audiences. This includes active listening, adapting to the audience, and structuring information logically. šProblem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex situations, identify key issues, and develop practical and innovative solutions. This involves critical thinking and structured analysis. šAdaptability: Agile and resilient, with the capacity to thrive in a startup environment and respond dynamically to changing market conditions. šGood written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
