Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 backend developers to ensure timely and quality project deliveries. 📍Design and develop scalable backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS. 📍Optimize and maintain databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch. 📍Work with graph databases such as Neptune and Gremlin for advanced data modeling and querying. 📍Conduct regular code reviews to maintain best practices and code quality. 📍Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, frontend teams, and DevOps to deliver seamless features. 📍Contribute to backend architecture design and project planning. 📍Manage sprints, resources, and team outputs to align with product timelines.
Requirements:
đź“Ť5+ years of hands-on backend development experience. đź“ŤExpertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS. đź“ŤStrong experience working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch. đź“ŤFamiliarity with Neptune and Gremlin is a plus. đź“ŤProven experience in backend system architecture and design. đź“ŤAbility to manage and lead teams in an agile environment. đź“ŤStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. đź“ŤExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
