Job Summary
Responsibilities
šCreate and pursue top of funnel approaches to finding DeFi projects and founders (present and upcoming) šNarrative building and sharing the vision for Sei DeFi with prospective founders šEnsure DeFi teams find success in the Sei Ecosystem (TVL, user metrics, retention, and differentiating factors from other ecosystems) šDevelop and share tailored launch plans for founders ready to start building on Sei. šWork with new partners to engage in GTM community building
Requirements
šMinimum of 1 year in a DeFi focused business development, partnerships, or strategy role within the DeFi intelligence industry; experience with web3 or blockchain technology is a strong plus š VC experience, particularly in DeFi šDeep understanding crypto market dynamics, how to work with DeFi teams, and resources required for a smooth GTM and onboarding šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills šRobust network within the crypto space, especially in the DeFi sector šExcellent leadership and communication abilities
