Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the first (and so far, only) company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto. We're fully remote, with team members across the globe.
Job Summary
What your responsibilities will be:
šDevelop and implement go-to-market strategies for Ondoās products šBuild and maintain relationships with key partners in the DeFi ecosystem, including wallets, exchanges, and protocols šNegotiate and execute commercial agreements with partners šStay up-to-date with the latest developments in the DeFi space and bring new ideas and opportunities to the team šRepresent Ondo Finance at industry events and conferences šEngage with the DeFi community through social media and other communication channels šContribute to the growth and success of the company and the DeFi ecosystem šHelp inform our product roadmap.
What we are looking for:
šAt least 2 years of experience in business development or partnerships, with a focus on the DeFi ecosystem šStrong network of contacts in the DeFi industry šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills šStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills šProven ability to negotiate and close commercial deals šPassion for the DeFi ecosystem and a deep understanding of its potential šExtremely results-driven attitude and strong work ethic šActive engagement in the DeFi community through social media and other communication channels
