Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šDriving growth of the B2B Crypto portfolio on a global level, especially in the field providing professional legal services šAcquisition of new business opportunities across the crypto sector by providing high-value offers in the field of legal advisory and other related services provided by Vacuum Group (consultations and guidance, software development) šMaintaining a very good relationship with potential and existing clients, driving cross and up-sell activities šBring proactively important topics from the legal space and the Crypto community šOrchestrate our own Vacuum Group wide resources and competences to achieve key business goals šManaging competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of the offering structures, market strategy and objectives šReporting updates to the CEO and stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals šBuilding strategic partnerships and relationships within the Vacuum Group to drive common growth of business
Requirements
š+3 years of experience in the Sales and Business Development field in a high growth start-up or scale-up, preferably a technological company which provides services or products on a global level. Or you were a founder of a crypto startup. šBlockchain Technology: An understanding of blockchain technology, its mechanics, and its applications within the financial and technology sector šCryptocurrencies: Knowledge of various cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other prominent altcoins. Familiarity with their unique features, use cases, and market trends. šTokenization: Understanding of tokenization, token standards, and their role in enabling digital assets, security tokens, and decentralized applications šBasic understanding of fields like NFT, DeFi, Exchanges, Wallets, Security and Legal aspects of crypto business šExperience in managing stakeholders and relationships, you have a āHunterā profile and natural āhungerā for success šEagerness to learn some new fields of business, develop and execute a high performance sales and business development within the Crypto space šYou have a great network within the Crypto industry in the CEE region and globally, especially to stakeholders, founders or venture capitalists
