Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
šEnsure compliance with Government and commercial contracts, including prime contracts, and assist mission managers with contract performance šNegotiate Government contracts, non-disclosure agreements and subcontractor/vendor contracts šDraft responses to government and commercial proposal solicitations in coordination with mission managers and engineers šReview, interpret and provide advice regarding contract and agreement types šManage invoices and payments with Government and commercial contracts šCreate and maintain contract and business files šEstablish and maintain excellent relationships with Government counterparts
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
šBachelorās degree š10+ years of government contract administration or management experience
