Job Summary
What you'll do
šManage and grow our Telegram, Discord, and other Web3-native communities šCreate content that educates, updates, and excites contributors (without resorting to hype) šModerate discussions and enforce community guidelines; remove spam, ban violators, flag risks šRespond to questions from community members clearly and thoughtfully; escalate product issues to the team when needed šCollaborate with ambassadors, superusers, and aligned communities to expand Perleās reach šRun and evolve our Ambassador Program: onboarding, hosting monthly meetings, and tracking performance šGather and synthesize feedback from the community to inform product, messaging, and support
Qualifications
Must-haves: šNative-level English with excellent written communication š3+ years of experience managing Web3 communities (Telegram, Discord, Twitter) šComfortable discussing crypto-native topics: wallets, airdrops, gas fees, Layer 2s, etc. šStrong moderation experience with Discord bots (Carl, MEE6, Guild) and Telegram tools šProficiency with community tools like Typeform, Google Sheets, and basic analytics dashboards šSelf-driven and adaptable; thrives in async, fast-paced startup environments
