Key Responsibilities

📍Develop and implement community strategies and tactics across various platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.) that align with our brand voice and the projects we support. 📍Create engaging and on-brand content for the community that resonates with Web3 audiences, showcasing expertise in crypto and an exciting vision of the future. 📍Plan and execute third-party content programs that utilize KOLs, Telegram groups, and threads to expand reach and impact. 📍Serve as the Memelord in Chief, crafting memes that energize the community and attract new members. 📍Monitor and analyze social media metrics to provide insights and continuously improve our strategies. 📍Stay informed about the latest trends and narratives in the Web3 space. 📍Engage with our client's community, turning followers into passionate advocates.

Required Skills and Attributes

📍5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the Web3 or tech sectors. 📍Deep understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, and crypto culture. 📍Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts. 📍Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities. 📍Strong analytical skills and experience with social media management and analytics tools. 📍Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment. 📍Creative mindset with a talent for crafting compelling narratives and "meme-worthy" content. 📍Familiarity with Web3 marketing tools and platforms.
