Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.
Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
šDevelop and execute a comprehensive community management strategy across various platforms (Twitter, Discord, etc.) šCultivate a welcoming and inclusive online environment for the global Arbitrum community šFoster meaningful conversations, address user inquiries, and provide exceptional community support šOrganize engaging online and offline events (AMAs, hackathons, meetups) to drive community growth and excitement šIdentify and nurture community leaders and influencersCollaborate with other departments (Marketing, Product) to ensure seamless communication and community alignment šAnalyze community sentiment and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement šStay up-to-date on emerging trends in community management and online engagement strategies
Requirements
š5+ years in community management, preferably last 3 years in Web3 šProven experience leading and managing online communities šDeep understanding of Web3 and the developer/user landscape šExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the community šExperience engaging in the Arbitrum (or Ethereum) community šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport šExperience in fostering a positive and productive online environment
