📍Your core mission is to develop and mobilize the SkyTrade community in the lead-up to our Token Generation Event (TGE), focusing on organic growth, high-engagement interactions, and positioning us for seamless integration with leading DEXs. 📍This isn't about passive posting; it's about cultivating a vibrant, mission-aligned network that demonstrates strong demand and credibility. 📍Drive community hype and participation across platforms like Discord, Telegram, X, and emerging Web3 channels to build momentum pre-TGE. 📍Educate and activate users on SkyTrade's value proposition, including air rights trading, radar network contributions, and referral rewards, while tying these to broader RWA and DePIN narratives. 📍Foster genuine discussions, answer queries, counter misinformation, and amplify positive stories to create a welcoming, informed ecosystem. 📍Monitor and report key metrics like member growth, engagement rates, and sentiment to inform strategy and relay insights back to the team. 📍Identify and empower super-users, advocates, and potential ambassadors who can vouch for the project organically. 📍Propose and implement growth hacks, such as gamified incentives or cross-community collaborations, to attract high-quality participants. 📍Research and align community efforts with general DEX listing criteria, such as demonstrating robust liquidity interest, organic endorsements, and ecosystem fit, to enhance post-TGE visibility.

📍You're a battle-tested community architect with deep roots in crypto. 📍You understand how strong, engaged communities can influence DEX integrations by showcasing demand, security, and utility, without relying on paid shills. 📍You've navigated the chaos of pre-launch phases before. Familiarity with airdrop mechanics, grassroots marketing and launching communities from zero to hero in RWA/DePIN ecosystems. 📍Fluent in the tools of the trade: Discord/Telegram moderation, X analytics, engagement bots, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Dune.
