Job Summary
Who You Are:
📍A product-minded leader with 5+ years of experience in client services, technical sales, commerce consulting, or product management 📍Deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem — from platform capabilities to partner apps and merchant needs 📍Strong communicator across mediums — whether it’s a C-level pitch, a quick Slack message, or a detailed follow-up doc 📍Comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking smart questions, and unblocking teams to keep projects moving 📍Highly organized and detail-obsessed — you keep your CRM clean, your notes sharp, and your tasks on time 📍Trusted partner to both clients and internal teams — able to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and build long-term relationships 📍Natural at spotting commercial opportunities and thinking beyond the current scope to expand accounts
What You'll Do:
📍Own the full sales motion for Shopify Commerce leads — from first conversation through signed proposal 📍Conduct discovery calls that get to the heart of what’s needed (not just what’s requested) 📍Collaborate with Solutions Architects and the Delivery team to scope accurate, compelling proposals 📍Lead proposals and pitches, ensuring they’re aligned with technical feasibility and client goals 📍Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout pre-sale, implementation, and post-launch
