Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Handling user enquiries, including: 📍Account registration and account management 📍KYC-related enquiries 📍Promotion and Event-related enquiries 📍Wallet and asset-related enquiries 📍Managing escalation and follow-up of user enquiries with internal stakeholders 📍Manage enquiries on trading platform usage from a technical perspective 📍Community management and providing support across multiple channels
Qualifications
📍Prior experience working in a cryptocurrency exchange 📍Experience with Zendesk, Slack and Sumsub 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 📍Ability to work well with a team in a 24/7 trading environment 📍Experience with financial trading, preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 📍Experience managing enquiries from clients, investigating disputes and bug reporting
