Job Summary
Principal Responsibilities
šStrategic AI Leadership & Innovation šLead the design, development, and implementation of GenAI models and autonomous AI agents that revolutionize cards and payments analytics šDrive the strategic vision for AI and analytics within the organization, aligning with overall business goals and Visa's innovation roadmap šIdentify and champion opportunities for agentic AI automation solutions across client workflows, from procurement to payment processing šDevelop and execute comprehensive AI strategies that leverage multi-agent orchestration frameworks to optimize complex business processes šLead implementation of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and multi-agent workflows for enhanced decision-making capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
š10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD šMinimum of 8+ years of expertise in applying Machine Learning and AI solutions to business problems, with at least 4+ years in leadership roles managing data science or AI teams šMaster's or PhD degree in Computer Science, AI/Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field šGood understanding of Payments and the Banking industry, including card verticals such as consumer credit, consumer debit, prepaid, small business, commercial and co-branded product
