The founding team has extensive experience in the blockchain space and come from educational institutions including Harvard and MIT, and leading web3 projects such as Algorand. Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Lead the company’s technical direction and system architecture to build scalable, stable, and secure systems; 📍Manage and inspire the technical team, including frontend, backend, DevOps, and blockchain engineers; 📍Plan and execute the technical roadmap for Manta and its product extensions, ensuring timely delivery; 📍Serve as a technical representative in collaborations with project and ecosystem partners, ensuring delivery quality and efficiency; 📍Keep up with the latest blockchain technology trends and promote exploration and adoption of cutting-edge technologies; 📍Work closely with the Founder to shape overall strategy and product roadmap.
Requirements
đź“ŤMinimum 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role within the Web3 space; đź“ŤStrong blockchain/Web3 background, with expertise in smart contracts, off-chain infrastructure, and Layer 1 / Layer 2 technologies preferred; đź“ŤProficient in at least two of the following: Rust, Solidity, Go, TypeScript; đź“ŤExcellent team management and cross-functional communication skills; ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment; đź“ŤFluent in English, and able to work effectively in an international environment.
