Your Role

📍We are seeking an experienced (technical) Chief of Staff to support and work alongside the CTO in their day-to-day activities. 📍As a Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CTO to manage priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee operational efficiency across the organisation. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing processes, managing special projects, and providing strategic insights. 📍This team member loves creating and implementing new operational processes, while keeping perspective of the overall market and strategic objectives of the business to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. 📍The team member will also serve as a thought partner to the entire engineering leadership team and proactively identify opportunities to add value. 📍A successful candidate will thrive in high-velocity, unstructured environments, collaborating with diverse teams and is proficient at optimizing business processes, driving execution, and demonstrates unwavering follow through. 📍You are someone who loves to bring clarity from ambiguity, and knows how to build a culture of trust, growth, collaboration, and excellence.

Your Responsibilities

📍Act as a trusted advisor and confidant to the CTO, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times while handling some of the most strategic projects. 📍Act as an extension to the CTO and be able to make strategic decisions. 📍Create and implement processes to streamline operations and drive efficiency across the organization. 📍Manage communication and coordination among senior leaders to ensure timely and effective decision-making. 📍Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team based on data analysis and industry trends.
