Job Summary
Responsibilities
๐Conduct outbound sales calls based on our company database. ๐ Identify and engage potential clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms. ๐ Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners. ๐ Achieve and exceed sales and appointment targets. ๐ Develop a strong understanding of our products and services. ๐ Schedule and coordinate in-person meetings. ๐ Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer support. ๐ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. ๐ Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service.
Requirements:
๐Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ๐ Strong customer service mindset. ๐ Effective time management and organizational skills. ๐ Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. ๐ Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software experience is a plus. ๐ Candidates with experience in Mobile Network Operators, Banks, and FinTech Companies in TZ will be considered in priority!
