What you’ll be doing

📍Manage day-to-day operational aspects of network partners, including monitoring performance, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to SLAs. 📍Work with Product and Technical Product Managers to develop and maintain operational documentation, including process flows, troubleshooting guides, and partner communication. 📍Coordinate with internal teams (support, engineering, compliance) to address partner inquiries and resolve operational challenges. 📍Monitor partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. 📍Manage partner onboarding processes.

Network Partner Management:

📍Collaborate with Business Lead and product managers and act as a point of contact for network partner related inquiries 📍Gather and analyze partner feedback to inform product development and help prioritize feature requests. 📍Support the project management and launch of new partner integrations, ensuring smooth and successful deployments.
