The Role

📍This Business Operations Manager will be joining our growing International team and help us scale our business outside the US. Working directly with Whatnot's international leadership team, this role will lead large cross-functional initiatives and solve complicated, unstructured problems. 📍With the amount of opportunity that exists internationally, this role is a terrific way to get your hands dirty in a start-up within a start-up. It allows driven individuals to have outsized impact and learn about the business while contributing to critical initiatives. 📍Lead cross-functional projects to scale functions and capabilities internationally 📍Proactively identify inhibitors to growth and find ways to solve them 📍Help various parts of the international business mature 📍Define and measure critical business metrics 📍Drive efficiency and transparency in processes
