Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Identify business opportunities and partnerships that align with company goals. 📍Drive deals to closure, maintain relationships, manage contract negotiations and ensure alignment between all stakeholders. 📍Support the development of their ecosystem by actively sourcing, onboarding and supporting aligned projects. 📍Build and maintain a structured pipeline of leads, partners and strategic initiatives with clear categorization based on partnership size, priority, and pipeline. 📍CRM management – accurate tracking, reporting and business development insights. 📍Develop and execute GTM strategies tailored for Web3. 📍Collect and synthesize feedback from partners and prospects to refine product offerings and market positioning.
Requirements:
📍3+ years of experience in a business development role in the Blockchain space. 📍Experience in start-ups and setting up BD processes from scratch. 📍Proficiency in explaining complex concepts to prospects. 📍Strong network of Web3 contacts. 📍Proven track record of developing and executing successful business and growth strategies for Web3 projects. 📍Must be located in European or Asian timezones.
