Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šManage and grow a healthy pipeline of inbound leads, monitoring marketing automation and integrations to ensure they are functional and updated as needed šConduct research and data enrichment to categorize existing and potential clients into personas to better market and sell to šReach out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to introduce our services and set up meetings šWork closely with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and offer solutions that align with our platform's capabilities šMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, competitive products, and market trends. šCollaborate with sales and marketing to develop strategies for generating interest and demand among potential clients šTrack and report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights to the team to refine strategies and approaches better šMain Tools: Hubspot and Apollo
Requirements
šProven experience (atleast 3+ years of experience) as a Business Development Representative, Sales Associate, or a similar role in sales or marketing šNice to have: Experience in Customer Service, has worked in hospitality or anything in workspace (the client's industry is in co-working spaces) OR real estate šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members - comfortability with being ācamera onā šStrong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. šFamiliarity with Hubspot and šAn interest in the future of work, co-working or flex workspace, and a strong belief in the value of workplace flexibility šAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
