Job Summary


📍Conduct in-depth research to identify executives in our current target market of software startups using and other tools. Discover companies within other industries that could also be good leads. 📍Utilize various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn outreach. 📍Create tailored messaging and optimize responses to potential leads. Qualify them and engagement based on our ideal customer profile recruitment team to close deals. 📍Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and pipeline data within Hubspot and provide end of day reports on all sales activities. 📍Actively participate in sales team meetings, collaborating with colleagues and continuously improving sales strategies.

Key Performance Indicators

📍The business development representative is evaluated weekly. To receive an excellent performance review, they must: 📍Aim to have 4 new clients weekly. This generally involves 8 weekly booked calls and then amount of outreach necessary to hit that target. 📍Keep the CRM up to date and consistently provide high quality sales reports


📍Proven track record of achieving lead generation goals. 📍Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and lead qualification process. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential customers. 📍Proficiency in cold calling techniques, email outreach and/or LinkedIn outreach best practices.
