Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Identify and pursue new customers to trade through CoinFlip Preferred OTC. 📍Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders. 📍Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies. 📍Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. 📍Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth. 📍Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives. 📍Represent the company at industry events and conferences. 📍Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners. 📍Develop and manage a pipeline of business development opportunities. 📍Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends. 📍Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes. 📍Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements. 📍Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development activities. 📍Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership agreements. 📍Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
📍Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, preferred.
📍2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
📍Lead generation expertise including proficiency using CRM tools, Linkedin SalesNavigator, and other platforms.
📍Proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships.
📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
📍Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
📍Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
