Job Summary

Core Responsibilities

šŸ“Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using various outreach methods including cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement šŸ“Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, pain points, and determine if there's a mutual fit for our solutions šŸ“Meeting Scheduling: Book qualified meetings or product demonstrations for Account Executives to advance the sales process šŸ“Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, meticulously track all activities in our CRM system, and nurture leads that aren't yet sales-ready šŸ“Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies, share market insights, and continuously refine targeting approaches

Key Skills & Qualifications

šŸ“Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and concisely šŸ“Strong interpersonal skills including rapport building, empathy, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally šŸ“Exceptional organizational abilities including time management, prioritization, and attention to detail šŸ“Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or ZoomInfo) šŸ“Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets šŸ“Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience
