Job Summary
Key responsibilities
šStrategically develop key accounts, ensuring prospective clients can make optimal use of Crypto Financeās products and services šWork with internal and external stakeholders to convert late-stage prospects into clients, prioritise efforts to anticipate and ensure appropriate responses to prospect needs šDevelop strong ties within large organisations to strengthen client relationships and strong business relationships and facilitate cross-selling šResponding to requests for proposal from institutional clients šFurther develop presence in the market by attending conferences, understanding the regulatory developments, and building a strong institutional and professional prospect network šDevelop and maintain relationships with internal departments of the organisation, including Compliance, Trading, Operations, and Legal šMaintain an expert level of understanding of the trading and custody platforms, as well as other products, in order to provide knowledgeable support to prospective clients šMaintain an expert level of understanding of the digital asset market landscape šTake a systematic approach to relationship management, including maintaining appropriate client account documentation šUpdate and maintain the CRM for accurate recordkeeping of all relationships šEnsure compliance with all applicable regulations and restrictions šA motivated individual with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management for institutional clients or similar function at a financial institution or technology company šA passion for blockchain technology and digital assets, including the crypto asset market šRelevant university degree, e.g., Business Administration, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience šStrong interpersonal and relationship building skills and a team player šHighly proactive and outgoing personality šHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy in combination with a hands-on mentality šExcellent analytical, quantitative, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple ad hoc projects simultaneously šSolid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and fast adaption of new tools required šProficient level of written and spoken English; German is strongly preferred
