Job Summary
Responsibilities
šMaintain a deep, up to date understanding of the crypto industry, emerging technologies, key players, and business trends šSource and identify the correct set of partners and engage and establish the partnerships to support our goals and business strategy šBuild, maintain and evolve strong relationships with top partners and clients all over the world. šDrive collaboration with partner and internal teams to complete implementation of projects; Work closely with Kronos trading teams to address client requirements and ensure successful implementation and continued use
Requirements
šMinimum of 4 years of work experience in business development preferably in crypto/financial services/technology/strategic consulting/venture capital industries šProven experience in crypto business development šSolid understanding of crypto trading, market making dynamics, liquidity provision, and exchange operations highly preferred šExceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work independently to drive projects forward šAbility to positively approach new challenges and opportunities, using creative thought processes to solve problems
