Key Responsibilities
📍Strategic Partnership Development: 📍Identify and establish relationships with crypto wallet providers, DApps and other Web3 platforms. 📍Drive the adoption of on/off-ramp services by negotiating and closing strategic partnerships. 📍Sales and Business Growth: 📍Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to promote our on/off-ramp solutions. 📍Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding. 📍Market Analysis: 📍Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine value propositions. 📍Provide feedback to internal teams regarding market demands, challenges, and opportunities. 📍Cross-functional Collaboration: 📍Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align services with customer requirements. 📍Advocate for customer-centric improvements in product offerings. 📍Thought Leadership: 📍Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build credibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
📍Experience: 📍3+ years in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in the crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors. 📍Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Knowledge: 📍Deep understanding of on/off-ramp services, crypto wallets, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystems. 📍Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in crypto/fiat transactions. 📍Skills: 📍Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. 📍Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and sales metrics. 📍Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
