📍Prospect and qualify new business opportunities from both inbound and outbound sources 📍Conduct research and due diligence on prospective partners, turning data into actionable insights 📍Track and report on trends across the Web3 and Web2 gaming landscapes, identifying priority opportunities 📍Build proposals, prepare outreach plans, and support the BD team through the full prospecting cycle 📍Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to represent Korea in cross-functional GTM discussions

📍2+ years of professional experience in high-growth environments such as startups, gaming companies, consulting, or investment banking 📍Demonstrated curiosity and passion for Web3, crypto, and gaming 📍Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform research into insights and clear actions 📍Exceptional written and verbal communication in both Korean and business-level English 📍Hustle and resilience - comfortable in a fast-moving, high-change environment and able to fully own follow-ups and tasks 📍Experience in prospecting, client-facing work, or sales-driven roles
