Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šBrand Strategy and Positioning: šCollaborate with the VP of Marketing and the creative team to define and refine brand strategies and positioning for our agency and our clients. šConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key insights and opportunities for brand development and differentiation. šDevelop brand guidelines and ensure their consistent application across all marketing touchpoints. šMarketing Campaigns and Collateral: šSupport the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging. šContribute creative ideas and concepts for marketing materials, content, and assets that effectively communicate brand values and resonate with target audiences. šCollaborate with internal and external teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, print materials, videos, and presentations. šBrand Partnerships and Sponsorships: šIdentify and evaluate strategic brand partnership opportunities to expand brand reach and target new audiences. šManage relationships with external partners, negotiate sponsorship agreements, and oversee the execution of collaborative marketing initiatives. šMonitor partnership performance and provide recommendations for optimization and future collaborations. šContent Creation and Storytelling: šCreate engaging and persuasive brand narratives that convey our agency's and our clients' unique value propositions. šDevelop and curate high-quality content for various channels, including websites, social media, blogs, and newsletters, to drive brand engagement and thought leadership. šCollaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling storytelling across all content touchpoints. šBrand Performance Tracking and Analysis: šUtilize data and analytics to track brand performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. šMonitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement. šGenerate regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous brand enhancement.
Requirements:
šBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. šProven experience in brand marketing, brand management, or a related role. šStrong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and campaign development. šExceptional creativity and storytelling abilities, with a passion for building impactful brands. šExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. šProficiency in digital marketing platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools. šStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. šCollaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. šDeep understanding of web3 technologies is a bonus
Minimum Experience:
š5+ years of experience in a brand marketing role, preferably in an agency environment.
