Job Summary
What you'll be doing:
šProject Planning and Initiation: šCollaborate with key stakeholders internally and with the partner to define project timeline and acceptance criteria. šDevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies šConduct project kick-off meetings to align team members, our partner and stakeholders on project goals and expectations. šTeam Leadership and Management: šLead cross-functional project teams across both partner and internally to provide guidance, motivation, and support throughout the integration process. šDelegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring clear accountability and ownership within the team. šFoster a collaborative and inclusive environment, promoting open communication and constructive feedback. šProject Execution and Monitoring: šExecute project activities according to the defined project plan, monitoring progress against milestones and deliverables. šKeep project documentation and reporting up to date throughout the lifecycle of the project šProactively identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project outcomes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. šRegularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing transparency and visibility into project progress šManage and arbitrage resources to ensure efficient utilization and alignment with project objectives. šEnsure accurate and timely invoicing of partners when required šQuality Assurance and Project Closure šEnsure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with stakeholder expectations. šFoster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, soliciting feedback and addressing concerns to maintain stakeholder satisfaction and support
What weāre looking for:
šProven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably in a technical integration capacity. šStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. JIRA). šExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. šDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
