Job Summary

What you'll be doing:

šŸ“Project Planning and Initiation: šŸ“Collaborate with key stakeholders internally and with the partner to define project timeline and acceptance criteria. šŸ“Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies šŸ“Conduct project kick-off meetings to align team members, our partner and stakeholders on project goals and expectations. šŸ“Team Leadership and Management: šŸ“Lead cross-functional project teams across both partner and internally to provide guidance, motivation, and support throughout the integration process. šŸ“Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring clear accountability and ownership within the team. šŸ“Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, promoting open communication and constructive feedback. šŸ“Project Execution and Monitoring: šŸ“Execute project activities according to the defined project plan, monitoring progress against milestones and deliverables. šŸ“Keep project documentation and reporting up to date throughout the lifecycle of the project šŸ“Proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project outcomes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. šŸ“Regularly communicate project status updates to stakeholders, providing transparency and visibility into project progress šŸ“Manage and arbitrage resources to ensure efficient utilization and alignment with project objectives. šŸ“Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of partners when required šŸ“Quality Assurance and Project Closure šŸ“Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with stakeholder expectations. šŸ“Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, soliciting feedback and addressing concerns to maintain stakeholder satisfaction and support

What we’re looking for:

šŸ“Proven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably in a technical integration capacity. šŸ“Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g. JIRA). šŸ“Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
