Job Summary

What will you be bringing to the team?

📍Identify, compile, and update the list of opportunities issued on a daily/weekly basis 📍Support the pre-sales team by taking over the administrative, exclusion, and selection criteria parts of the tender 📍Analyze the tendering documentation requirements and specifications 📍Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather or produce the required documentation for the preparation of the tenders and perform detailed reviews to ensure their accuracy 📍Keep updated records of commonly requested certificates for all Uni Systems entities 📍Participate in workshops with partners/suppliers 📍Ensure deadlines of offer submission are met 📍Coordinate the tender submissions

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position? 📍University/College degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other related discipline 📍1-3 years of experience in a similar position/role 📍Excellent knowledge of MS Office 📍ICT acumen will be considered an asset 📍Ability to identify and focus on high-impact tasks 📍Responsibility for resolving issues effectively 📍Adaptability to changing priorities and demand 📍Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal 📍Experience with managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines 📍Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and verbal) 📍Knowledge of French and/or German will be considered an asset 📍Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
