Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šCandidates will be responsible to sign the custody transaction for all global entities. šCandidates will be responsible for daily accounting of clients based on the transactions. šCandidates will be responsible for end of the day reconciliation of the client portfolio. šCandidates will be responsible for sending daily updated transaction summary/reports to the client. šDevelop and implement financial policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. šManage and oversee the financial operations of the client, including financial planning and analysis, budget management, and financial reporting. šDevelop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, such as banks and payment processors. šEnsure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining all financial records, reports, operating practices, and documentation. šAssist and support the internal and external audits. šCritical review of findings or significant areas in the financial reports - raise questions involving accounting principles, auditing standards, accounting standards and firm policies.
Requirements
šBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. šBetween 3 to 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the financial services industry. šExperience with cash reconciliation, trade processing, financial planning and analysis, budget management, and financial reporting. šFlexible working hours, ready to work on rotational weekoff except weekends. Work from the office only. šWeekend + 6 days working as of now it will be 4pm to 1 am IST shift time šUnderstanding of digital assets along with blockchain technology. šKnowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements. šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and other departments. šAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. šStrong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail. šExcellent computer skills, including proficiency in Macbook, Microsoft Office and financial management software
