📍Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to distinguish symptoms from root causes. 📍Experience working in technical support, RevOps, operations engineering, or workflow automation. 📍Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. 📍Comfortable working with data (SQL, dashboards, analysis) to support decision-making. 📍Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong bias toward learning new systems and solving problems at scale.
