šManage front-desk activities, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and ensure a welcoming office environment. šPrepare, process, and maintain invoices, courier records, and essential office documentation. šCoordinate with banks for deposits, cheque handling, and other routine financial tasks. šMaintain and organize office supplies, files, and records for easy accessibility. šAssist senior management with scheduling, travel coordination, and correspondence. šSupport day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal procedures.
What Makes You a Great Fit
šBachelorās degree in any discipline, with at least 1 year of UAE-based administrative experience. šProficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management. šStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor. šExcellent time management and multitasking abilities. šCurrently based in Dubai and available for full-time, on-site work. šOrganized, dependable, and proactive in handling office responsibilities.
