Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Responsible for shipping and receiving on daily basis. 📍Assisting customers by answering questions or directing them to the appropriate resource. 📍Performing miscellaneous duties for other departments as needed. 📍Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals. 📍Greeting walk-in customers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to appropriate individuals. 📍Collect, sort and distribute mail. 📍Files service tickets and other documents as needed. 📍Enters and accepts office supply orders.
Qualifications:
📍High School graduate with BA degree preferred. 📍1-year+ experience in working with invoicing and credits. 📍Proficiency with computer applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc). 📍Flexible and able to work in a changing environment, acknowledging urgency when necessary. 📍Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. 📍Experience with Scheduling Travel
