đź“ŤAccounts Payable đź“ŤReview, verify, and process invoices, purchase orders, and employee expenses accurately and on time. đź“ŤEnsure proper coding, documentation, and approvals for all transactions. đź“ŤReconcile AP accounts and coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies. đź“ŤPayroll Processing đź“ŤMaintain accurate payroll records for audit and respond timely to queries. đź“ŤCompliance & Reporting đź“ŤSupport audits for AP and payroll. đź“ŤTimely accounting of entries to aid management reporting đź“ŤAutomation & Process Improvements đź“ŤIdentify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive tasks within AP and payroll. đź“ŤPartner with internal teams to implement AI-driven improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy. đź“ŤContribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA in Finance or CA-inter preferred). 📍5–8 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with strong exposure to payroll processing across geographies. 📍Exposure to Xero, Quickbooks, ChatGPT, Hubspot. 📍Proven track record of driving automation and process improvement initiatives. 📍Strong knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements in AP and payroll. 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. 📍Proficiency in accounting / payroll software and comfort with adopting new technologies.
