About the role:

CoinsPaid is seeking a Business/System Analyst to gather, validate, and document business requirements, analyze current systems, and help define business problems through in-depth investigation. You will work closely with developers and testers to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements, while improving and validating existing methods for generating product and project documentation.

Responsibilities:

📍Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements. 📍Analyze current systems and identify areas for improvement. 📍Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. 📍Creating functional specifications for solutions and internal technical documentation. 📍Designing APIs and interaction scenarios. 📍Helping to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information. 📍Outlining detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements. 📍Improve and validate existing methods for generating product and project documentation. 📍Defining tasks to developers and testers.

Requirements:

📍3+ years of BA/SA experience. 📍Mathematical, analytical, creative and problem-solving skills. 📍Proficiency in verbal and nonverbal communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Effective logical thinking skills. 📍Prioritisation, high focus, and self-motivation. 📍Ability to explain ideas in simple and user-friendly language. 📍Good understanding of SDLC, PDLC. 📍Experience in using business analysis tools, knowledge of process modelling notations and visualizing the architecture, such as: BPMN, UML, C4, etc. 📍Strong knowledge of integration patterns and formats. 📍Experience in creating data models. 📍Good level of spoken and written English and Russian.

Nice-to-have: 📍Relevant certifications in business analysis or systems analysis.
