Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Complete assigned daily ledger entries and other financial transactions in accordance with accounting principles. šŸ“Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, debt, transfer of funds, and transactions in a timely manner. šŸ“Respond to accounting inquiries from employees, vendors, and clients by providing complete and timely information. šŸ“Produce accurate and timely invoices to bill clients. šŸ“Review invoices to validate accuracy, completeness and make corrections as appropriate. šŸ“Track and analyse monthly receivables and outstanding days. šŸ“Prepares basic accounting statements and reports for management. šŸ“Performs detailed account reconciliation and analysis of accounting transactions. šŸ“Identifies and researches discrepancies in financial reports and prepares correcting journal entries. šŸ“Prepares journal entries and performs month-end general ledger close activities. šŸ“Supports audits by researching accounting transactions. šŸ“Consolidate and report financial and business information to management and, if appropriate, to external parties. šŸ“Assist with ad hoc reporting requests.

About you:

šŸ“Bachelorā€™s in Commerce, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred. šŸ“A solid 4ā€“6 years of relevant experience in the accounting field. Audit Firm Experience is a definite plus. šŸ“Proficient in accounting principles, practices, and procedures. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks, facilitating collaborative work. šŸ“Strong time management skills to ensure efficient task execution. šŸ“Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
